WHY JOIN OUR POST

  • We are the host of the annual Staten Island Welcomes Our Heroes (SIWOH) event.  Go to our SIWOH website and Photo Gallery to see what this is all about.
  • We work hand-in-hand with organizations supporting our troops overseas through the packaging and delivery of care packages.
  • We regularly visit hospitals where our wounded and sick troops recuperate and rehabilitate.  We bring to them the camaraderie, love, and embracement they need on their road to recovery.  Along with this camaraderie we also bring the troops and their families important and accurate information.
  • We also find time to enjoy sharing the common denominator of military service.  We do this at organized picnics, dinners, parties, and simple get-togethers at our meeting location lounge.
